In June of 2002 it was once again time for a trip to Yosemite. Actually this was the second leg of the trip that Cecile and I had started the year before. As you can see there was still a LOT of snow out there, to which you can also add a LOT of mosquitos. Fortunately all the melting snow made for some pretty rivers and lakes and all the wildlife and wildflowers were amazing. My 4 bear encounters have finally convinced me that there are bears in Yosemite after all...unfortunately I never even though of taking pictures of them. There are some interesting stories to tell about this trip and the danger of intersections, but if you want to know about those you'd better write me an email...
